Advancing knowledge and cooperation for a healthy ocean and prosperous society
WESTPAC scientists from Thailand, Indonesia and China conduct joint cruises in Andaman Sea, Bay of Bengal and Southeastern Tropical Indian Ocean, deploy the deep ocean buoys to support SEAGOOS and IndOOS, and investigate air-sea interactions in relation to the Asian monsoon onset.
Reports from the joint observation cruises can be accessed on the Research Updates and Publications page.
