WESTPAC develops and strengthens the capacity of Member States for ocean acidification research and monitoring, and advances the understanding of ocean acidification and its impacts, through a series of national and regional trainings, scientific workshops, and professional exchanges among individuals, institutions and countries within and outside the region.
