UN21: Accelerate Marine Spatial Planning in the Western Pacific
Coordination & Implementation
The IOC Sub-Commission for the Western Pacific (WESTPAC) established an open-ended Group of Experts (GoE) of Marine Spatial Planning in the Western Pacific and its adjacent areas to provide strategic advice and oversights on the development and implementation of UN21 project and support to accelerate marine spatial planning process in the Western Pacific and its adjacent areas. The Group was established based on nominations by Member States in the region.
